1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using S3 Manager, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, Pixegram, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use S3 Manager for personal or business use.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for credentials and permissions configured in the app.
• You are responsible for all actions performed through your storage credentials.
• You must ensure compliance with your storage provider terms and applicable law.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to your files and data. You authorize the app to access and process content solely to perform actions you initiate.

5. Prohibited Use

• Using the app for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or interfere with app operation beyond applicable law.
• Using the app to bypass security controls of third-party services.

6. Third-Party Services

S3 Manager interoperates with third-party storage providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, data loss, service changes, or policy updates.

7. No Warranty

S3 Manager is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixegram, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of S3 Manager.

In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixegram, LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
